BRIEF SPECIFICATIONS
TYPE: Vertical, Single / Double Cylinder, Water
Cooled, Totally Enclosed, Compression Ignition, Four Stroke, Cold Start,
Diesel Engine.
COMBUSTION CHAMBER: Direct injection in open type combustion
chamber provided in an aluminium alloy piston
with long stem multihole nozzle resultsinto low fuel consumption and easy starting.
FUEL SYSTEM: High Speed diesel is supplied to the fuel
pump by gravity feed through an efficient replacable
paper element type main filter. Industrial type double
bowl heavy duty type filter BOSH make also available.
LUBRICATION: Engine’s moving
parts are lubricated by force feed and partly by splash lubrication. A
throwaway type bypass filter is provided for filtering the lubricating oil.
Lub. Oil is supplied under constant pressure by lub. Oil pump. Centrifigal type Lub. Oil
cleaner also available for long engine life.
GOVERNING: A sensible mechnanical centrifugal type governer
mounted on the camshaft gear. Speed variation is controlledwithin
limits to comply with class B1 governing as per IS:10001 (GENERAL PURPOSE)
COOLING: Engine is
continuously cooled by flow of water. Either by Radiator mounted on engine
or direct water supply. Front radiator
mounted engines also available.
ROTATION: Standard rotation
is clockwise looing at fly wheel. Engine with
reverse rotation can also be provided on demand.
STARTING: The engine is
designed for starting by hand. Electric Start Provision can also be
provided against specific reauirement. Dynamo battery chargers also available.
DRIVE: Standerd
power take off is from flywheel side. Power Take
off from gear end at half speed can be provided on demand.
STANDERD ACCESSORIES: Starting handle,
Exhaust Silencer, Air Cleaner, Spanner Set & Screw Driver.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES: Drum Pulley, Variable speed Lever, Fly
wheel Guard, Engine lift hook
POLLUTION CONTROL DEVICE : Single Element Catalytic Converter for
control of NOx, CO, THC & HAPs
SOUND & VIBRATION CONTROL DEVICE: We offer Canopy,
Industrial type Air cleaner & Silencer, Round Duct Expansion Joints,
Anti Vibration Mounts etc
ENGINE SAFTY DEVICE (OPTIONAL): Engine controller
with Manual Start/ Stop, Automatic shut down for fault, Keyswitch
operation, 16A contacts for start/stop, Electronic warning lamp.
ENGINE SAFTY DEVICE CONTROLLER (OPTIONAL): Display of Battery Voltage, Oil
Pressure, Temperature, Engine RPM & Running Hrs. , 14 Programmable
parameters, Electronic alternator excitation circuit, 5 Digital & 4
Analog inputs, 3 relay outputs for start, Stop and one is programmable,
Engine run hours counter, Automatic & manual operation mode, Remote
Start & stop function.
